When do I need to pay for my booking?
If you use our online booking facility then you will pay the full amount at the time of booking. Otherwise full payment is due at check-in.
We accept credit cards/debit cards/£’s sterling as payment.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
More than 7 days notice – no charge.
7 days or less – you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
When can I check-in?
You are able to check in between 2 pm and 8 pm. If you would like to check-in later than 8 pm or earlier than 2 pm, please telephone us to arrange a convenient time.
When do I need to check-out?
Rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
All rooms are checked upon departure. Any damages/missing items will be charged accordingly.
How do I find the guest house?

Can you recommend places to visit, restaurants etc?
We have lots of information at the guest house for local attractions and places to eat out, in and around York.
If you need a taxi, local bus or train service, we can help with that too.
Where can I park my car during my stay?
We offer on street parking permits at a cost of £5 per night’s stay, payable on arrival.
Do you allow pets at the guest house?
Pets are not allowed on the premises (except guide dogs).
